Attached are draft minutes from today's teleconference, 16 January 2013. I scribed. Please note any corrections on the public list.

Also attached are the approved minutes from 9 January - I simply removed the "draft" notation.

Important - we agreed not to have the F2F 9-10 April due to issues with hosting, and plan to have in May instead, depending on hosting availability. I'll send out a questionnaire once we have some hosting possibilities (21-23 May is possible in Burlington)
