Attached are Draft minutes from 12 September 2012, for approval at our next teleconference/f2f. (this revised version has some minor updates.)

Tentatively the following calls will also be canceled: 10 October, 8 November, 20 November, 19 December, 26 December.

Sorry for the delay, last week I ran out of time and the beginning of this week was Rosh Hashanah. Next week would be Yom Kippur. We haven't decided about next week.
