Hello and congratulations on the work of the W3C.

I would like to subscribe to send a proposal to getUserMedia ().
The proposal sent to the WHATWG and Ian Hickson has sent me WebRTC group.

I have doubts whether the proposal is for public-media-capture@w3.org group, or
the group public-device-apis@w3.org.
