[Web Intents addendum for local services]: Editor's draft updated

Hi,

I have made a few updates to the editor's draft: http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dap/raw-file/tip/wi-addendum-local-services/Overview.html

4.1.2: Changed the definition of the action.webintents.org header to consistently be a quoted string. The rationale is that currently an action string can have any format, it does not have to be a URI, and by surrounding the string by double quotes we avoid any problems of having reserved characters with in the action string. I also added some examples of action.webintents.org header values.

4.2.1, 4.2.2 and 5.2.1: Added a recommendation that the UA shall only interpret the registration markup in the Web Intents document and potential "safe" elements such as a favicon during the service registration process. As the Web Intents document is not displayed to the user and the dynamic service registration process runs in the background any potential unsafe JS code should be ignored.

4.2.3: Stated that only [UPNP-DEVICEARCH] discovery and description is relevant for the UA. Control is something that typically is implemented by a Service page. I also removed the statement on UA implementation as this was not relevant for the specification.

Apendix: Corrected some examples.

Comments are welcome.

Best regards
  Claes
