Tobie I don't understand why it *should* be a boolean simply because we have 'camera' to indicate device still image capture for a variety of devices (let's ignore audio for now, as that is a different case) Could have 'camera' for now as a general case, and add more specific keywords if and as needed to refine it tighter, e.g. have 'camera', 'scanner', 'biometric' etc In a sense 'camera' would be a more specific term so perhaps the keyword should be 'still' for the general case. (an invitation to bikeshed if I ever saw one) regards, Frederick Frederick Hirsch Nokia On Nov 27, 2012, at 3:10 PM, ext Tobie Langel wrote: > On 11/27/12 8:25 PM, "Frederick.Hirsch@nokia.com" > <Frederick.Hirsch@nokia.com> wrote: > >> Anssi >> >>> In line with this clarification, I renamed the generic term "A still >>> image capture device" to a specific term "A camera" in the "Capture >>> control type" column for the "camera" keyword. >> >> I think the change removing 'still image capture device' undoes what >> the working group agreed, which is that the camera key word can include >> scanners etc. >> >> I would suggest reverting the change , especially as it did reflect >> consensus >> >> I could suggest a minor change "A still image capture device, including >> cameras, scanners etc." > > As previously mentioned[1], I'm confused about this.
