This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish "HTML Media Capture" as a Last Call Working Draft. The current editors draft is at: <http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/camera/> This draft was last published on 29 May 2012 and has received additional review and update - the general agreement seems to be that this is stable and should enter LC. This CfC satisfies the group's requirement to "record the group's decision to request advancement". Please send all comments regarding this CfC to the public-device-apis@w3.org public mailing list by next Thursday, 5 July 2012. Please note silence will be considered as agreement with the proposal. If you support this CfC, a positive response is preferred and encouraged. I propose we plan to publish Tuesday 10 July (the following week of 16 July has a publishing moratorium).
