This is a revised version of the minutes. Specifically the March F2F Agenda section has been updated (World Phone was corrected to Wo Phone; and I've tried to break out days to make it easier to read). 

Attached are Draft minutes from Wednesday's teleconference, 22 February 2012, for approval at our next meeting (29 February 2012).

Note that it doesn't try to explain how silent irc nicks relate to Present people, so you won't see <Diana_Cheng:        dcheng3> because I removed the failed "Present Diana_Cheng" line (missing +). Also, you can't use spaces in your present line, because the line lets you mark multiple people as present and understands space as the delimiter (hence glenn grew some underscores). Dave: the reason you have a last name here was because the script (and a normal human) can get confused between you and dcheng3 otherwise.
