Your arrival/departure dates for Shenzen F2F?

Huawei are kindly looking after our hotel bookings at the Pavlion hotel:

Please don't forget to email Shunan (fanshunan@huawei.com) with the 
dates you plan to arrive at and depart from the Pavilion.
