[admin] Draft F2F Minutes DAP F2F 1-2 November 2012

Attached are the draft DAP  F2F minutes (links for HTML) from the 1-2 November 2012 meeting at TPAC. Thanks to all who scribed and all who attended.

I edited them to correct links, fix corrections that didn't take or errors introduced by combined corrections, fixed obvious mistakes etc.

Please review and report any corrections on the public list, before next week's call (or please indicate more time is needed), including attendance corrections.
