robin: little worried about fingerprinting discussions

dom: fingerprinting is when data is combined from browser to identify the user, connection info is not very relevant in my opinion

robin: agree this is below the bar, and also agree to have a privacy framework around this topic
... it may be considered "fingerprinting" but agree it is very minor
