Hi, As agreed on the call yesterday, I've updated the Battery Status Events spec as follows based on implementers' feedback: - Removed window.on*, body.on* event handlers, and the event handler content attribute on the body.^1 - Added two new event types "batterylow" and "batterycritical". Other non-normative changes: - Reworked the example in the introduction section as well as the other examples to better demonstrate the usage of the two new event types. - Renamed the title of the spec from singular "Battery Status Event" to plural "Battery Status Events". See the Editor's Draft at: http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/system-info/battery-status.html And the changes: http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2009/dap/system-info/battery-status.html.diff?r1=1.29;r2=1.30;f=h Please review the spec and the changes and send any feedback to the public-device-apis list. This should close my ACTION-417. -Anssi (^1 A related thread on exposing event handlers on the window at: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-geolocation/2011Jun/0018.html)
