China Unicom Join the W3C DAP WG

Hello everyone,

I am very glad to join in DAP WG. I am Jun Liao from Technology Department of China United Network Communications Group Co.,Ltd ("China Unicom", more information about China Unicom : http://eng.chinaunicom.com/about/Eng-gsgl/index.html). As you know, telecom network operators need a unified API set for mobile device (such as BONDI , JIL and GSMA WAC). Operator can deploy more services based on unified API set with portability and developers can use mobile device abilities by lightweight APIs. 

We expect that DAP WG finish the APIs as soon as possible. China Unicom can contribute to mobile device related issues such as Telephony, Messaging and Contact, etc. We are interested in interoperability testing and need to learn more information about this test.
