The last updated date will literally be the date at the top of the spec. The challenge is that the user may have scrolled past by the time the lazy load happens. My preference would be to put in some lazy loading UI scaffolding that makes it clear it’s updating (have the placeholder gently animate, plus the appropriate aria live content indicators). But we should make this configurable for specs that are expected to change. For specs that all green on BaseLine, those could be snap-frozen.
