[geolocation-sensor] Make geolocation-sensor as DISC and archive repository (#64)

himorin has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/geolocation-sensor:

== Make geolocation-sensor as DISC and archive repository ==
relates to #60

During [TPAC 2025](https://www.w3.org/2025/11/12-dap-minutes.html#304e), DAS WG resolved to move this [Geolocation Sensor Working Draft](https://www.w3.org/TR/geolocation-sensor/) as [Discontinued Draft](https://www.w3.org/policies/process/#abandon-draft), and turn this repository into archived move.
Streamlined publication is enabled for this repository, so we don't have any backlog to be published into /TR/.
So, ToDos would be:

- [ ] Update status text to explain as DISC (any specific background and/or relationate need to be added? @anssiko @tomayac @mkruisselbrink )
- [ ] Add -DISC default status boilerplate into [das directory](https://github.com/speced/bikeshed-boilerplate/tree/main/boilerplate/dap), also need to have DISC within [bikeshed doctypes list](https://github.com/speced/bikeshed-boilerplate/blob/main/boilerplate/doctypes.kdl) (some additional care might be required such as global boilerplate ex. [`include-if` in footer](https://github.com/speced/bikeshed-boilerplate/blob/271cd07cf64a9eeb45c5a06b5ea0b184423219af/boilerplate/w3c/footer.include#L39))
- [ ] prepare publication, it seems [transition guide](https://www.w3.org/guide/transitions/?profile=DISC) does not require [transition request](https://github.com/w3c/transitions/issues/new/choose)
- [ ] After publication, add some status text in README, and [archive this repository](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/archiving-a-github-repository/archiving-repositories)
