[contact-picker] Accessibility review (#64)

matatk has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/contact-picker:

== Accessibility review ==
Hello. The [Accessible Platform Architectures WG](https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/) has reviewed the [Contact Picker API spec](https://www.w3.org/TR/contact-picker/), and has the following comments.

[Section 6 "Contact Picker"](https://www.w3.org/TR/contact-picker-1/#contact-picker) gives normative requirements for the UI, but does not address error indication.

Given that there are normative UI requirements in this spec, we would really like to see an "Accessibility Considerations" section. We're currently working on a "stock" Accessibility Considerations section that can be customised for each spec, so would be happy to work with you on the wording for this. For an example Accessibility Considerations section, you could check out [the section in specs such as EPUB 3.3](https://www.w3.org/TR/epub-33/#sec-accessibility) (though note that the conventional name for the section is "Accessibility Considerations").

You can use the [FAST Checklist](https://w3c.github.io/fast/checklist.html) to self-assess the spec for possible accessibility concerns, and if you need guidance or suggestions on any that arise, we'd be happy to help.

We hope you find this review useful, and we look forward to helping you in any way we can.
