Having "geolocation-API" point to the REC and "geolocation" point to the WD sounds confusing. Are there no prior examples we can work from here? I have a slight preference for "geolocation-API-WD". I assume that when we publish another REC version of this specification it will overwrite the current document at "geolocation-API".
