@willmorgan, thanks for the MVP requirements! Your Ambient Light requirements will be taken into consideration as we plan new work in this Working Group. The proposal for Screen Brightness would need to be incubated in a Community Group first, given this is a new Web API proposal. If you'd like to help get this process started, see the [instructions](https://github.com/WICG/proposals/blob/main/README.md) for writing such a proposal and to capture interactions please drop a link to the proposal here.
