I'm hearing we should keep https://w3c.github.io/wake-lock/#the-wakelockpermissiondescriptor-dictionary in its current place for the time being. @marcoscaceres would it make sense for the Permissions spec to give guidance to spec authors that specs early in their lifecycle with one implementation should define their own permission descriptors? Maybe a note in https://w3c.github.io/permissions/#permission-descriptor and https://w3c.github.io/permissions/#permission-registry would avoid new issues/PRs being submitted too early.
