@Honry looks like a good starting point, we can add more commands later, if needed. I have a questionsabout [5,6]. What are the use-cases for starting / stopping mock sensor over webdriver protocol? If DUT has test running and JS sensor is active, receives fake readings, then, we send stop command for the mock, it is equivalent to stopping / disconnecting HW sensor.
