The intention of `Sensor.timestamp` is to give an estimation of the moment when the `sensor reading` was measured by the [device sensor](https://w3c.github.io/sensors/#concept-device-sensor) and this clarification might be worth adding to the spec.

Unfortunately, the accuracy of this estimation depends on the underlying platform APIs.
