Re: [sensors] Provide the DeviceOrientation sensor

I definitely think we should have a few higher level sensors like 
Orientation, but for efficiency sake it is probably best to just 
create a sensors exposing the data directly instead of having people 
pass in other sensors.

If we will have sensors integrated with Gamepad (like for WebVR) then 
that also makes more sense, for instance DaydreamController already 
exposed orientation as a fusion value as well as the raw gyro and 
accel values.
