The promise itself can be cached too, at least in Blink/v8 (see ScriptPromiseProperty in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WphFrSM18-m6b4RFaBxwLL_zNlpOdCtEbuRclQ-S_ts/edit#heading=h.wu5anpnlvlfy).
