Re: [community-group] How library and tooling authors do keep track of conformance and changes? (#247)

In my ideal world, a W3C standard is backed by a standardised library for token manipulation. Just like Unicode is backed by ICU. I find it very easy as a tool maker to learn that one of my dependencies has an update when the dependency in question is a library in a package registry.

Aside from that, I don't find it particularly difficult to keep up with what's going on in the microcosm of design tokens.
