I think I also need to be a bit clearer with this statement: > A DS team does not agree upon tokens, they agree upon parts of a design system that can be used as a token and then processed to variables or documentation. Changing this to: > A DS team does not agree upon tokens, they agree upon parts of a design system, and then devs identify the smallest common denominatiors of those parts that can be used as a token and then processed to variables or documentation. Part of the process is to export the tokens to the consumers of the DS, whether it's a design tool, code or browsed in an IDE.
