kaelig has just merged kaelig's pull request 69 for https://github.com/design-tokens/community-group:

Husky and Yarn don't seem to play well together on Windows https://typicode.github.io/husky/#/?id=yarn-on-windows, so let's use `npm` instead.

This unblocks #57 (@dbanksdesign you may need to rebase once this is merged).
