DDR API implementations

Hello,

I have started a list of publicly available device description
repositories that implement the DDR Simple API on the MWI's Developers
Corner:
http://www.w3.org/Mobile/Dev#ddr

I've put there currently MyMobileWeb, DeviceAtlas and MIS. If you know
of others, please let me know and I'll add them to the list.
