Split Memory limit

There is a proposal from Pontus of Ericsson (former Drutt) to split
the currently submitted memory limit property into two, one for
markup and one for media.

I think it makes a lot of sense, in the WAP 1 days the memory limit
was on the full package of markup plus media, but later this has
changed. Often browsers are capable of displaying images very big or
of downloading files up to 1 or more MB, but are unable to render a
page based on a markup bigger than a few tens of KB.

The property as it stands would probably not be included in the core
vocabulary, if you want it to be added, it's probably good to make
your voice heard.
