WG meeting 2017-05-31

Dear WG,

This it the final planned meeting of this WG, yet it will be important 
moving forward. So please take the time to attend! SHACL isn't done yet.

Note that the agenda includes a draft announcement for a potential SHACL 
Community Group that is a place to continue our work (and everybody can 
join regardless of W3C membership). Please feel free to make edits to 
this draft prior to the meeting.
