It would be helpful if you could look over the recent comments/issues, and offer any suggestions you have for addressing them. 

Then, yeah, send a vote by email supporting the move to CR, and feel free to make it contingent on decisions we might make at the meeting.   You could also just do that after the meeting, based on the minutes, if you don't think your decision is likely to depend on issue resolutions.
