The US and Canada set their clocks forward two days ago, and since the telecon time is fixed to Boston time, if you didn't set your clocks forward, you need to come an hour earlier than usual. See below, or https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Data+Shapes&iso=20170315T08&p1=43&ah=2 -- Sandro -------- Forwarded Message -------- Subject: Daylight Saving Time change –first half of 2016 Resent-Date: Tue, 08 Mar 2016 06:05:39 +0000 Resent-From: chairs@w3.org Date: Tue, 8 Mar 2016 14:07:14 +0800 From: Xueyuan Jia <xueyuan@w3.org> To: chairs@w3.org Dear chairs, Semi-annual reminder of the upcoming change due to Daylight Saving Time. http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2016a.html Most of the US and Canada will be moving theirs clocks forward on Sunday, 13 March. This is two weeks earlier than Europe. Most European clocks will move 1 hour forward on Sunday, 27 March. Please share this information with your groups, as it will have an impact on teleconferences. Most teleconference bookings [1] are based on the US clocks. Therefore, unless groups have sent specific requests to base their teleconference times on some other timezone or to change your teleconference times for this period, most people outside the US will need to join teleconferences *one hour earlier* between 14 March and 28 March. If you require any changes to individual teleconference times, please be sure to give adminreq sufficient notice [2].
