Re: call for review, and tracking comments

Dean,

I forwarded Sandro's announcement e-mail to a couple of people who I think may be able to report their plans to use or implement SHACL and may overlook the announcement otherwise. 

If you or anyone else on the WG knows of such parties, yes, I think it is a good idea to let them know individually.
