Ted had suggested I announce when I am done with the latest round of 
edits. So this is now, and I have no further edits planned. I would 
appreciate if everyone could thoroughly review this for Wednesday - as 
Ted said not comparing it with previous states but rather focusing on 
whether the current state is precise and self-contained. Any feedback 
appreciated!
