ISSUE-170: EXISTS removed

I have removed any dependency on the SPARQL EXISTS keyword from the 
spec, see

This should resolve ISSUE-170 for now, as of PROPOSAL 1 here:

PS: The spec has also been updated with the metamodel changes 
(ISSUE-211) decided in the previous meeting.
