SHACL Compact Syntax ready for review

I have completed a first version of a SHACL Compact Syntax, which I 
propose to be published as an informal WG Note:

Comments welcome. Any WG members that are interested in this technology 
are kindly invited to become co-editors of this document. The syntax is 
inspired by ShExC.

An implementation of this technology will be integrated into the 
TopBraid 5.3 platform - users can import .shaclc files and they are 
converted to RDF triples at load time.
