Multiple WG members have stated that they will implement templates and SPARQL.

Some ShEx implementers may also implement templates and SPARQL. Some ShEx implementations already support SPARQL. Others bundle a SPARQL engine without using it.

If there’s lack of interest from implementers in templates and SPARQL, these features can be marked at risk in a single document, and removed if necessary.
