FYI I have changed the location of the current SHACL draft to

     https://w3c.github.io/data-shapes/shacl/

The old name and location contained "-core" which was misleading as the 
current spec is not just about a "core" of the overall language, and 
there is no definition of what such a core would be anyway.

I have also added a link from the WG's home page to that new folder.
