RDF Data Shapes Issue Tracker fixed

Hi,
I'm happy to report that our tracker is not properly linking related email 
to issues. sysreq is looking into getting previous messages linked in as 
well but at least any new mail should be linked.
So, feel free to discuss issues, just put the issue tag a la "ISSUE-XXX" 
in your email - subject or body -.
