RDF Data Shapes WG Minutes for 5 and 12 November 2014

Hi all,
After quite a few back and forth with the system team I've now gained 
control over our minutes and was able to clean up the minutes for the last 
2 teleconferences.

Those familiar with commonscribe will cringe at what it takes to edit the 
minutes. I put step by step instructions on the wiki:

Minutes are readable by anyone and writeable by WG members.

I will now be working on taking a first pass at cleaning up the minutes 
for TPAC. I'll let you know when they are ready for review.
