Strangely enough, n3proc.py is happy with that file before running it through n3pp.py If you fix n3p.py to no longer accept that, then consider the following (meaningless) n3 file: @keywords of . l @is-3of m . which n3pp.py would break by removing the ``is'' from the @keywords statement, all while leaving @is-3of as a language.
