cwm redefines xml: namespace

The following command

$ python /projects/w3c/2000/10/swap/cwm.py --n3 build/dm-example.n3 build/dm-example.png.rules  --think --data --purge-rules --base=bogus: --bySubject --rdf > /tmp/out

Note the redeclaration of xmlns:xml :-)
