nodeID serialization in cwm is hosed

I ran:

$ python ../../2000/10/swap/cwm.py itin-ams,.n3 --rdf >,xxx.rdf

and cwm generated nodeIDs in some places:

        <cal:component r:nodeID="b6"/>
        <cal:component r:nodeID="b7"/>

but it didn't change it
everywhere:                                                                                
    <itin:_gECONOMY_5 r:about="itin-ams.n3#_gflt1163_13">

This is obviously insufficiently tested. It was spelling
the attribute rdf:nodeid until I checked in toXML.py version...
huh? odd... I seem to have skewed versions... I'm gonna
send this anyway and then investigate.
