cwm.tgz Spillage

The current http://www.w3.org/2000/10/swap/cwm.tgz inflates into the current directory so that "wget .../cwm.tgz && tar -zxvf cwm.tgz" creates a mess in ./ instead of putting the files into ./cwm-<version> as it should do. Should be an easy fix. Thanks.
