Bug: Reify Namespace is Uncertain

CWM's --flatten output uses the <http://www.w3.org/2004/06/rei#>
namespace, whose documentation on an HTTP GET defines the URIs in the
<http://www.w3.org/2000/10/swap/reify#> namespace. I suggest that you
change CWM's output to use the SWAP namespace for continuity, and then
ditch the /2004/06/rei document altogether.

Even though /2000/10/swap/reify currently returns the documentation for
the reify.py module, I believe that the namespace came first, therefore
please consider moving reify.html to reify-doc.html (or the ./doc/
directory, or somesuch), and reinstating the namespace's documentation,
per datespace persistence policy.
