Tentative timetable

As agreed on the call, I tried to come up with a set of possible dates. Here they are:

Transition call:  	9 or 10th of November or, alternatively,
					or the week of the 19th of October or the start of the week after
					(see also the constraints below)
Proposed Rec:		cca 17 or 19 November (we are not supposed to issue a PR before the
					30th of October, per the Status section in the CR)
End of Rec vote: 	29 January (formally, the PR vote is minimally 28 days, but I
					take out 2-3 weeks due to Xmas & Co)
Publish rec: 		9 February (we need time to get a transition approved)
Charter end: 		29 February (this leaves us time to publish any pending notes)


Constraints:

- TPAC week is 26-30 October (in Japan)
- Ivan will be in China 2-5 November
- Ivan will be in Lyon 11-13 November
- Ivan will be in Stuttgart 19-20 November

(Sorry, I will have a fairly busy few months)

I believe you guys can publish without me these days on the 19, alternatively, we may get for the 17 (or earlier). But I am necessary for the transition call at the minimum.
