[Editorial suggestion] A one-word change to help readers: "standard"

https://w3c.github.io/csvw/syntax/#locating-metadata

My other suggested editorial improvements have fallen on deaf ears, so
there seems to be no point in continuing to suggest anything more than
the tiniest of changes. With that in mind, I do have one suggestion for
an extremely simple *one-word* *change* that would still improve the
readability of this spec and help the community.

Please add the word "standard" to the phrase "default locations",
"default URI patterns" and the like in Section 5 and the TOC, so that
those phrases read: "standard default locations", "standard default URI
patterns", etc. This will help readers *find* the section that they
need when they wish to look up the standard URI metadata filename
patterns that they plan to use.

I recognize that for political or other reasons some members of the
working group may wish to characterize these metadata filename patterns
merely as algorithmic *defaults*, but I implore you as editors to think
of this from the *user's* perspective. The vast majority of users
*will* *not* *care* about the "site-wide location configuration"
feature. They will think of these filename patterns as *standard*
metadata filename patterns, *as* *indeed* *they* *will* *be* (though
optional, because site administrators may override them):

  - they will be de jure standards, because they are standardized in
this W3C Recommendation; and

  - they will also be de facto standards, because as we all know the
vast majority of CSV metadata publishers will use those metadata
filename patterns.

This is a *very* simple change to make. Regardless of how pissed off
you may be at me personally, *please* consider the best interest of the
community as a whole and make this very simple change to help readers.

Thanks,
David Booth
