experimental CSV support on my distiller

I've pushed an update to my RDF Distiller [1] which includes experimental support for parsing CSVs and Metadata files.

For example, the following should load and parse on of our test files having a metadata file:

http://rdf.greggkellogg.net/distiller?fmt=turtle&in_fmt=tabular&uri=http://w3c.github.io/csvw/tests/test011.csv

You can also start by pointing to the metadata file, and have it load the CSV:

http://rdf.greggkellogg.net/distiller?fmt=turtle&in_fmt=tabular&uri=http://w3c.github.io/csvw/tests/test011.csv-metadata.json

We don't send HTTP headers from GitHub, so not all variations of tests will run. There is a debug option to output something that might conceivably be useful to know what's going on with the parser.

No support for JSON output at this point.

The Ruby gem implementing this can be downloaded from [1], and the GitHub repo is at [2], public domain.
