Gregg drew my attention to a neat trick when using respec and issues. If one add the "issueBase" variable in respec's config part, then a markup of the form <div class="issue" data-number"123">blah blah blah...</div> will be expanded by using the number in the <div> as "ISSUE 123" and this will be linked automatically by completing the base. If, in our case, the issueBase is set to "https://github.com/w3c/csvw/issues/", we can link to the issues from the text. I have updated the (on my machine) the two conversion document accordingly, and will push it to the repo soon.
