Hello, all

Hi all, I've just joined and am not yet up to speed. I work doing open 
data for organisations, and learned quickly that it's not reasonable to 
get our data providers to think in Graphs. I wrote a naive tabular data 
to RDF tool, and am interested in how to help the masses make semanticly 
sound data with a lighter learning curve.

I also am benevolent dictator of data.ac.uk until such time as someone 
decides it needs a steering group.

I'm hoping I'll be able to contribute something helpful, but will take a 
little while to get up to speed.
