Eric,

I actually looked at #19, ie, the RTL writing; I believe that use case should also lead to a separate requirement, something like any parser should be informed about RTL and retrieve the headers accordingly for the CSV+.

Also, for our own bookkeeping, I have commented and closed both issues (#3 and #4), see
