I talked to Robin Berjon about the Respec issue Jeni mentioned: that (at least in Chrome), http://w3c.github.io/csvw/syntax/#metadata doesn't navigate smoothly to page section. Without going into the grungy details, where we have <section id="metadata"> <h2>Locating Metadata</h2> - he suggests losing the id="metadata" and use the generated ID that Respec creates from the contents of <h2> (algo: https://github.com/darobin/respec/blob/develop/js/core/utils.js#L44). This can be found in the generated Table of Contents. In this case, the string would be 'locating-metadata'. The benefit would be improved browser navigation; the cost is that the link fragment name changes if the heading changes. Dan
